# CV Intel

CV Intel is a city meeting records desk for the Coachella Valley. The public-facing product helps residents and small businesses find meeting videos, agendas, packets, minutes, transcripts, and missing-record notes in one place.

Rancho Mirage is the city currently available. More Coachella Valley cities can be added later using the same records-first model.

Public route model:
- Home: simple public explanation of the records desk.
- Rancho Mirage Meeting Records: latest meetings first, with official video, agenda, packet, and minutes links made prominent.
- Missing Records: plain-English list of records not attached yet, with canceled meetings separated from missing records.
- About: governance, source rules, and correction context.
- Technical/source routes remain available for journalists, researchers, auditors, and agents.
